4RBEES: Executive Director

Lisa serves as Executive Director at 4RBEES, working directly beneath the CEO and CFO to oversee operations, strategy, and execution across the organization. She manages and structures key initiatives, including the Beekeeper Program and Brand Ambassador Program, ensuring systems are scalable, aligned, and mission-driven.

In this role, Lisa takes primary responsibility for translating vision into action. She oversees media relations and strategic partnerships, connects the organization with podcasters, marketers, and aligned media, and guides messaging and outreach that support 4RBEES’ global growth. By organizing workflows, streamlining communication, and taking operational weight off the executive team, she enables leadership to remain focused on innovation and long-term impact.

Her work helps advance the 4RBEES vision of restoring planetary balance through conscious technology, sacred geometry, and regenerative solutions that support bees, ecosystems, and communities worldwide.

Producer for The Tipping Point with Scott McKay

In the world of alternative media and truth driven broadcasting, Lisa serves as Producer for The Tipping Point, the widely viewed Monday night show with Scott McKay, the Patriot Street Fighter. She manages backend operations, digital assets, and the production flow that allows the show to run with clarity, precision, and impact.

Executive Producer for Created to Heal Events

Lisa is the Executive Producer of Created to Heal Events, an in-person transformational event series devoted to restoring truth, responsibility, and remembrance in health and human potential.

These landmark gatherings bring together world-class speakers, holistic health leaders, medical professionals, and individuals with lived healing experience to explore root-cause wellness, natural healing, and the body’s innate capacity to heal when given the right conditions.

As Executive Producer, Lisa oversees the full creative and operational vision of Created to Heal Events, including branding, creative direction, production, digital infrastructure, event flow, and audience experience.  Through Created to Heal Events, she helps bring powerful conversations out of the margins and into the public, creating spaces where people are informed, empowered, and reminded of what has always been within them.
